The Key Cabinets page lists your key cabinets and offices/departments. Key Cabinets exist to allow you to set up Keyzapp to reflect your physical storage set up accurately. Different key cabinets can have different addresses and phone numbers associated with them, to allow any lost keys to be reported to the correct place.
Offices and departments enable you to group your key cabinets , so that you can customise your reporting for even more advanced insight, by filtering on a specific department (e.g. property management vs sales). You can also set up a default department for each user, so they see only the keys for their department by default.
