How to view reports in Keyzapp

View My Active Properties

How do I view my active properties?

An active property is any property that has one or more active key rings against it, regardless of how many archived keys it may also have. The number of active properties in your account often also determines your subscription cost.

To view your Active properties, click into Properties > Advanced report:

Here, you will see a list of properties sorted by Street Name, though do use the 'Sort by' option to amend this as required.
As a default setting, you will initially see all the properties in your system, as the following tick-boxes will be selected:
  1. Active keyrings
  2. Only archived keyrings
  3. No keyrings
To view only your active properties, ensure the only box ticked is to include properties with 'active keyrings':
Remember to hit the 'Refresh' button to display the correct results.
Once loaded, you can export the data to Excel to view and manipulate using filters as necessary.
We recommend you review 'Viewing Reports' for advice and guidance on the other reports available in Keyzapp.

Do keys on long-term issue make a property "active"?

Usually, yes. A property is considered active if it has any keys that are not archived, so a property that has at least one key on long-term issue will count.  If you hand out keys permanently (for example sales, let-only or managed properties) you should generally archive these keys.  If you have specific needs around long-term issued keys, please get in touch with our team.
