Setup your Keyzapp Reader on a PC


These instructions are for a Windows PC.  If you are using a Mac device, follow these instructions.

Plug in your reader

  1. Plug your reader into any spare USB port on your PC.
  2. Wait for the red light to appear.  If after 2-3 minutes, you see no red light, try a different port.

Install Keyzapp Companion

  1. Go to the Keyzapp Companion Download Page and install the software.  You may need your IT Team install this for you.
