Setup your Keyzapp Reader on a PC
These instructions are for a Windows PC. If you are using a Mac device, follow these instructions.
Install Keyzapp Companion
- Go to the Keyzapp Companion Download Page and install the software. You may need your IT Team install this for you.
Plug in your reader
- Plug your reader into any spare USB port on your PC.
- Wait for the red light to appear. If after 2-3 minutes, you see no red light, try a different port.
