Review sent text messages

How to Check Which Messages have been Sent for a Keyring, Property or Person

When messages are sent out they are stored in the Activity History just like other events that may happen, such as a key being signed in or out.
Note: Messages that failed are not shown in the Activity History.  If you think that a message should have sent and it didn't, then you can review the message status in the Extras Menu. 

Check Messages Sent for a Property

  1. Search for the Property from either the Home Screen or the Property Screen
  2. Scroll down to the Activity History

  3. The messages that are sent will be show in the log.  You can hover over the message symbol to review more about the content.


It is possible to review the messages which have been sent in two ways.  Both give details of the timing and content of the message.

Check Messages Sent to a Person

  1. Search for the Person from either the  Home Screen  or the  Person Screen
  2. Scroll down to the
    Activity History

  3. The messages that are sent will be show in the log.  You can hover over the message symbol to review more about the content.

Check Messages Sent for a Specific Keyring

  1. Search for the Keyring from either the  Home Screen  or the  Keyring Screen
  2. Scroll down to the 
    Activity History

  3. The messages that are sent will be show in the log.  You can hover over the message symbol to review more about the content.

Check Messages Sent Recently

  1. Open the Keyrings tab and scroll down to the Recent Activity   box
  2. You will see a list of all recent activities involving keys, including sent text messages  - these can be identified by the message icon in the 'Reason' column
  3. To view the contents of the text message, hover your mouse over the message icon
