Navigate to the login page from the website (www.keyzapp.com) and select your region.

Other ways of logging in may be found here

Search

To locate a property, person or keyring, use the search box on the Home screen, which will auto-fill.

Properties, People and Keyrings can also be located from the individual pages

Sign Out a key

The simplest way of signing out a key is to use the Reader, or scan the QR code on the key fob/ID card.

Where no ID card is available, search for a person

If a manual sign out is required (e.g. if you don't have a reader plugged in), locate the required key and use the Actions button to sign out.

A log of activities for this key/property/person will be created.

Sign in a key

Tap or scan the fob/ID card, or use the search box, then use the Sign in button

You will quickly become familiar with other actions.  Further support articles can be found by clicking on the Help icon

Log Out

Log out in the usual way by using the drop down box showing your profile
