How to log in to Keyzapp

Logging In to Keyzapp

There are many different ways to log in to Keyzapp.  Choose the one that suits you best.

We strongly recommend that you set up a desktop shortcut on your deskop and add Keyzapp to your mobile's home screen

Quick Tip: Log in from anywhere

  1. Visit keyzapp.com/login
  2. Select your geographical area






Please note that the page showing the different geographical areas is hosted on our website. Very occasionally our website might not be available, but in this case the application is likely to still be working. Please see 'Log in by typing the address into your browser' below to see how to access the application login page directly.

Log in from your desktop shortcut

  1. Double click the Keyzapp shortcut on your desktop
  2. Enter your login details when prompted, as above

Log in by typing the address into your browser

  1. Open your browser
  2. Type in the Keyzapp address for your region:
  3. Enter your login details when prompted, as above


If this is your preferred login method, we recommend that you save the link to Keyzapp in your browser favourites:
  1. Log in to Keyzapp
  2. Select My Login Link from dropdown box
  3. Select Add to Favourites in the next screen
  4. Follow the on screen instructions 




Log in with an ID fob/card 


 
  1. Enter your login details


Log in with Keyzapp Companion

  1. Open Keyzapp Companion
  2. Click Login to Keyzapp / Login via Browser
  3. Keyzapp will open in your browser window
  4. Enter your login details
  5. Click Remember Me when logging in to save your login details until you next clear your browser’s cookies
