How to return keys to their owner, archiving the keyring information in keyzapp

Archiving Properties

If you want to remove a property from Keyzapp, you can archive it.  This will remove it from the search and reports.

Warning: Once you have archived a property, you will not be able to find it again without contacting support, as it will be removed from search.  For this reason we only recommend archiving properties if you need to remove a duplicate or a property added in error.
For properties where you no longer hold keys, we recommend that you only archive the keys and do no archive the whole property.

To archive a property:
  1. Search for the property from the home screen
  2. The Property Details page will load
  3. Check there are no active (i.e. non-archived) keys on the property.  If there are, you should first follow the process to archive the keys.
  4. Click Edit on the Property Panel
  5. Click the Archive button
  6. Confirm the archive

What to do if you have archived a property by mistake

If you have archived a property by mistake, please contact Keyzapp support with the property you need to recover- we can get it back for you.
