Managing your Password

It is easy to change passwords yourself, or to contact your team’s Keyzapp administrator/focal point if you have forgotten your password and need help to reset it.

Change your password

  1. Log in with your existing password
  2. Click your name in the top-right corner of the screen
  3. Click Change Password
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions



Reset forgotten passwords

If you have forgotten your password, please contact your team’s Keyzapp administrator / focal point, who can follow the instructions here to reset it.

If you are the sole Office Administrator and have forgotten your password, please contact Keyzapp support .
