Complete the sign out process

     Important:
Important: The sign-out is not complete until you click the green "Sign-Out" button.  Don't leave the sign-out unfinished!

To complete a sign-out, you need to have a tick in all 4 boxes and then click "Sign-Out"

 - Scan or search for the key (if these boxes are not already complete)

- Select the user by scanning or searching

- In the Confirm box , you have the opportunity to give a reason for sign-out, and to set a due back time.

It is really important to choose the right type of sign-out:

 - Short Term if the key is going to be actively tracked (Do this most of the time)

- Long Term (usually only for tenants) – see the section on Managing Tenant Keys.

Sign out multiple keys at once
Sometimes you may want to sign-out more than one set of keys at a time to the same individual. There are two ways to do so:
Tap/scan multiple key fobs one after the other
 - Tap/scan each of the key fobs you would like to sign out

- Complete the remaining sign out boxes

Click Sign-out Multiple Keys during a single key sign-out
 - Start the sign out process for a single screen

- Click Sign-Out Multiple Keys (usually under the Property box)

- Identify the additional keyring to be signed out by scanning its fob, entering its ID, or searching via the property's address

- Complete the remaining boxes as required

Please note: You cannot select " Long Term Issue " when signing out multiple keys.  Click the "Cancel" button and sign out each key individually.
