Share your screen with Keyzapp for Training or Support (PC)
Sometimes it is helpful for us to see your screen so we can give you advice or training. To do this, go to a computer with the reader plugged in and follow the steps below. Please don't forget to call us first, as we won't know you are waiting!
Just follow these simple steps:
- Click the Keyzapp icon in the bottom right of your screen
- Click Support
- Click the big orange button - Run remote support
- Wait for the simplehelp window to load - it can take a few seconds
- Sometimes you might need to ask your IT team for a password to allow us to connect
- When prompted, add your name so our engineers can recognise you
- After a few moments, you will be placed in a queue, waiting for our team to connect
- We will then be able to connect to your computer
