Move Office/Change keyhook

Keyzapp can be configured to make this feature available. If you would like this to be done,  please contact the keyzapp team.


Move Office

You can move keys for a property to a different office, or sign them in to a different office on a temporary basis
  1. Sign in the keyring by tapping or scanning 
  2. Check the Return to a different location box.  



You will be alerted to the need to enter details on the next screen



Select a new keyhook as required. 




A warning box alerts you to the changes you have made, which you should check before clicking Submit.



If you are signing in a key from a different office, Keyzapp can be configured to show your own office as the new location.

Keyzapp has a sophisticated system for choosing available keyhooks, and can be configured to adapt to your preferences.

Change Hook

There are times when you will want to change the hook associated with a keyring, either on a temporary or a permanent basis.


This can be done from the edit Keyring  screen.



Once you select Change Assigned Keyhook, you will be taken to the screen as shown above in the Move Office section.




In the View Suggestions box, select the All Available tab for the widest choice.



Keyrings can be hung on hooks which are already occupied
