There may be occasions when - due to human error - you have a duplicated property within your Keyzapp account. This is easy to rectify using our merge functionality.
To avoid further confusion and possible duplication of keys, we recommend that you merge the entities into a single property. To do this, navigate to the preferred property you want to keep, and click on the 'Edit' button of the property profile > 'Merge':
In this screen, search for the property you wish to merge into the main profile:
The system will show you if you are merging any active and/or archived keyrings as part of this process. If - at any point - you decide you want to amend the main property, use the 'Swap' button accordingly:
When you're ready, hit 'Accept'; a final confirmation will appear, please read over it carefully! Click 'Accept' once again, and the properties will merge:
