Using the Keyzapp integration with MRI


Our integration with MRI (Sales & Lettings) allows you to seamlessly sync your property data and supercharge your key management workflows.
This article explains how the integration works, what you can expect, and how to get set up depending on whether you're a new or existing Keyzapp customer 

What the integration does

The Keyzapp <> MRI integration connects your MRI property records directly to Keyzapp, enabling effortless property synchronisation:
  1. Your properties in Keyzapp are kept in sync with MRI's database
  2. When properties are created or updated in MRI, Keyzapp receives those updates automatically through a secure webhook 
    1. You will still have the ability to manually sync properties with MRI when required 

Reduce any requirements for double-entry when onboarding new properties/portfolios; property data will instead sync to Keyzapp overnight. 

How to connect Keyzapp to MRI

There are two setup paths depending on whether you are already using Keyzapp.

If you are already a Keyzapp customer 
If you already manage keys in Keyzapp, it's important we link your existing properties correctly to their associated record in MRI.

Before making any changes in MRI, please contact us at support@keyzapp.com for a short consultation. If you wish to go ahead with the integration, we will assist with the migration by:
  1. Reviewing your property list in Keyzapp
  2. Aligning your Keyzapp data with MRI to prevent duplicates
  3. Confirming the correct mapping
  4. Enabling the integration safely
Once aligned, we will give you everything you need to complete the MRI configuration via GlueDog. Please note, GlueDog have a £10 per branch per month + VAT charge for this integration.

If you are new to Keyzapp
Set up is quick - the integration is configured via GlueDog, the PropTech integration hub. Click here to see an overview of the integration, and login to get started. Please note, GlueDog have a £10 per branch per month + VAT charge for this integration.

Once connected by the GlueDog team, property synchronisation will begin automatically. 

What happens after setup?

After the integration is switched on:
    • MRI will send new and updated properties into Keyzapp
    • You'll be able to jump from a Keyzapp property directly into the matching MRI property record
    • Your team will continue to use Keyzapp for issuing/returning keys, audits, reporting and more
