How do I add a new Key Cabinet?
Key Cabinets exist to allow you to set up Keyzapp to reflect your physical storage set up as accurately as possible. Different key cabinets can have different addresses and phone numbers associated with them, to allow any lost keys to be reported to the correct place.
Please call us on +44 (0) 3300 88 55 01 to discuss initial set up of key cabinets .
Once we have completed your initial set up, you can navigate to Admin > Key Cabinets where there is a button to add new key cabinets.
How do I add new keyhooks to an existing cabinet?
From the Key Cabinet screen, you can also navigate to existing key cabinets by clicking on the appropriate Key Cabinet ID. You can then edit the cabinet details, add Keyhooks (either individually or in bulk), and edit the way in which Keyzapp makes Keyhook suggestions (see this article for further information). These are powerful tools and it is always wise to discuss the options with us here, or phone using the number shown above.
